News from Berman(fireworks, new laws)
About 19:00 on TV, there is the Sylvester show in Australia and TAIWAN .Well here in Germany we had a great firework too.(Plz see picture)

With this year germany has some new laws. Thats all around our media and the society is pretty scaptical. At first the value-added tax get higher from 16% to 19 %. The secound thing is the shop-open law. Before that new law,the shop has to close at 20:00 pm exept christmas(at christmas time they can open longer), but now the shop can have open till 22:00.. and the big stores may open till 24:00 pm.

今年，德國通過了幾項新的法律…都是圍繞在我們的生活與社會。首先，增殖稅從16%調漲至19%。第二是關於商店營業法。實施此法之前，耶誕節時商店必需在晚上八點時停止營業（耶誕節時營業時間較長），然而現在，商店可以營業至晚上22:00，而大型商場甚至可以營業至24:00。
